Smokey Bear's Rules for Government

I saw this over at Cato. Smokey Bear's rules for fire safety apply to government.

Keep it small, keep it in a confined area, and keep an eye on it.

Unfortunately we've allowed our government fire to become a raging inferno. You can see the flames everywhere.
